GENERAL OVERHAUL

Once a severely damaged mould is delivered to our facility, the process leading to the steel mould regaining functionality begins.

The first step involves cleaning the mould, redrawing the mould into the engineering software, diagnosing and disassembling the mould. On the basis of these, our design engineers produce drawings for the production of spare parts, and in parallel, the repair of usable parts of the mould is carried out. This is followed by the production of spare parts, assembly, welding and grinding of the mould.

The last but most important step is a thorough output inspection.

EXPRESS REPAIR of a damaged mould

Unexpected crashes and mechanical damage to the mould can occur during block making machine operation. Such a damaged mould needs urgent repair in order to avoid a long stoppage of the production of the concrete element in question. Whether it is a mould of our production or a mould of another manufacturer, we react quickly and carry out such repairs within express deadlines, taking into account the possible financial losses of our clients.
