Mould for Precast Cable Troughs
Waiting for concrete to dry and investing in multiple moulds is no longer necessary. We design and manufacture steel moulds that allow immediate demoulding after pouring concrete.

We have developed a steel mould for cable troughs that opens on all four sides, ensuring easy removal of the precast element. This solution significantly simplifies and reduces costs in the large-scale production of cable troughs for railway embankments.
Mould for Precast Water Meter Shaft
The client had requested a mould that produced precast water meter shafts that could be demoulded immediately after pouring the concrete along with the core. Considering the dimensions of 1,000 × 1,000 × 1,800 mm and the internal core, it was quite challenging to design a mould that met this requirement whilst allowing for immediate demoulding. However, we successfully achieved this design.
The manufacturing process for precast water meter shafts runs smoothly and quickly because workers can de-mould the mould immediately after pouring. They then place it on a new base and repeat the process without unnecessary delays. This mould’s advantages include high efficiency and cost savings, as workers can repeatedly cast water meter shafts without the need for additional moulds.
